Pietra Scolpita

Just outside the city walls of Treviso, in an area characterized by large green spaces and important gardens, the “Pietra Scolpita” project was created.

The building consists of a base and three upper floors. The construction is compact, carved out in the corners by large loggias and terraces with large sliding windows, to create a dialogue between the internal and external environment.

The unique detail that characterizes the house is the sculpted stone effect, recreated on the facade with the glaze technique, alternating a play of full and empty spaces with the use of recesses and inclined planes.

The lead gray color of the facade contrasts with the yellow of the base, emphasizing the contemporary nature of the restoration.

The condominium entrance differs from the rest of the project for the choice of a wooden and glass door, noble materials that recall the style of the original twentieth-century building.

The Xtravision Plus collections in aluminum, and Compact, in laminated wood with external aluminum cladding, combine aesthetics and functionality, favoring the connection of spaces.
