SN House

The project concerns a house of about 1400 square meters with an annexe, located in a wooded area on the outskirts of Moscow.
The villa is divided with its volumes on 3 floors above ground and a basement.
The architectural language evokes a classic-eclectic style. A large arch marks the entrance characterised by a wooden and marble door, created in synergy with Impronta, which welcomes us with all its majestic grandeur.
The hipped roofs and large terraces suggest the Wrightian architectural composition in plan. The interior spaces interact with the outdoors and with the greenery thanks to large MAXIMA 90 windows.
The facades of the villa are characterised by three-dimensional decorations: pilasters, capitals, arches, cornices, string courses and festoons give it an austere character that is very elegant and coherent in all its parts.
The living area is conceived as a continuous space whose longitudinal walls are entirely windowed in order to allow an uninterrupted view to the outside.
