This system brings back the best technical and aesthetic characteristics of the Maxima 80 window in a lift and slide solution.

The naturalness of the material is therefore combined with practicality in use and the insulation of the closure. The available essences are fir, larch, red grandis, oak, teak and ash tree.

How is it made?

Construction:
corner connection with cylindrical pins and anti-torsion pin, opening with 2 doors, of which 1 fixed and 1 sliding and lifting both with an added lower crosspiece. Frame section 175x43 mm. Leaf section 80x111 mm

Hardware and accessories:
Lift and slide opening with silver hardware with 300 kg capacity and 19 mm lower rail. Predisposition for internal handle and external shell, thermo-acoustic seals. Internal flat cover of 95x13 mm and external of 40x10 mm.

Glass:
Standard double glazing 33.1 low emissivity / 16/4/16 / 33.1 low emissivity with argon gas and thermal break spacer channel (Ug = 0.6 W / m2K). The glasses are sealed externally.

Finishing:
Varnishing with water cycle with natural or coloured anti-mold and anti-woodworm impregnating agent, base and finish.RC1 burglar-proof hardware configuration with mushroom-shaped locking points. The paints used have a low environmental impact.
